One hour class with stretching, mobility and specific exercises followed by tea.

Judy Greer, Occupational Therapist (retired) will be leading these classes.
Come and learn how you can improve your balance.
- How good balance helps prevent falls
- How to protect yourself when you do fall
Followed by coffee and refreshments, provided by the Loaves & Fishes group.
No charge for these classes, but donations are always welcome.
