How we approach accessibility
The site uses structured headings, descriptive links, keyboard-accessible navigation, visible focus indicators, image descriptions, responsive layouts, and plain-language content. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines as a reference when creating and reviewing pages.
Known limitations
Some material supplied by event organizers, including posters and documents, may not be fully accessible. The embedded Google map and websites operated by other organizations may also present barriers that AICA cannot directly correct.
Request information or report a barrier
Email aicommunityalliance@gmail.com if you need information in another format or encounter an accessibility problem. If possible, include the page address, a description of the difficulty, and the format or support that would help.
Our response
AICA will review accessibility concerns and work to provide the information another way or correct barriers within its control.
