Information you provide
The event-submission form collects your name, email address, event information, and any files you attach. The submission is delivered to AICA through Resend, an email-delivery provider, and reviewed manually. Nothing is published automatically.
Personal contact information is not published unless it is intended and approved as public event information. Directory suggestions and community contact forms prepare an email in your own mail application; the website does not store what you enter into those forms.
Analytics and cookies
Public pages use Google Analytics to measure visits, commonly used pages, and general patterns of site use. Google Analytics receives browser, device, and site-activity information and uses cookies such as _ga. AICA uses this information to improve community information, not to identify individual visitors, sell information, or deliver targeted advertising.
Advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled. You may turn analytics off or back on for this browser at any time.

Maps and external websites
The embedded Google map may send basic request and device information to Google when it loads. Links to Township, community organization, booking, and social-media websites are governed by those organizations’ own privacy practices.
Retention and protection
Information is retained only while needed to review a submission, publish or correct information, respond to the sender, or maintain an appropriate organizational record. Access is limited to people responsible for the website and AICA communications.
Your choices and questions
You may contact AICA to ask about personal information it holds about you, request a correction or deletion where appropriate, or raise a privacy concern. Email aicommunityalliance@gmail.com.
